NengyTalks

Terms of use

Last updated: 1 November 2026

These terms apply when you use NengyTalks: the Nengy assistant at app.nengytalks.com, NengyTalks website chats and WhatsApp services, and this website. By using NengyTalks you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on the business's behalf.

Nengy is an AI

Nengy is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Her answers can be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them alone for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions; check with a qualified professional. For anything urgent, contact the emergency services.

Using NengyTalks properly

You agree not to:

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Your content

What you say, type and upload stays yours. You let us process it only to provide NengyTalks to you, as described in the privacy policy. You're responsible for having the right to share what you send, including pictures of other people.

Businesses

A business using NengyTalks is responsible for the information it gives Nengy (prices, policies, opening hours and so on) being accurate and lawful, and for telling its customers, in its own privacy notice, that their messages are handled by NengyTalks. Plans, limits and prices are agreed separately with each business.

Our service

NengyTalks is in early access. We work to keep it available and secure, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

The NengyTalks name and canoe emblem

The NengyTalks name, the Nengy assistant, the canoe emblem and the NengyTalks software belong to NengyTalks. You may not use them without permission, except to refer to NengyTalks accurately.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top; continuing to use NengyTalks means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Questions: [email protected].
