Cookie policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. NengyTalks uses only what's needed to keep the service working and secure. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't track you across other websites.
On this website (nengytalks.com)
The website sets no cookies of its own. It remembers, in your browser's own storage, that you've closed the cookie
notice, so it isn't shown again. Cloudflare, which delivers the website, may set security cookies (such as
__cf_bm) to tell people from automated attacks.
In the app (app.nengytalks.com)
| Name | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|
nengy_session | Keeps you signed in. Strictly necessary. | Up to 30 days, or until you sign out |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | The robot check when you create an account, which stops automated sign-ups. Strictly necessary. | Short-lived |
| Browser storage (not cookies) | Your choices on this device: voice or text, the voice, how long Nengy waits when you pause, and similar settings. | Until you clear your browser's data |
Business chat on other websites
When you chat with a business through a NengyTalks chat on its website, a random number is kept in your browser so the conversation stays together. It doesn't identify you, and isn't shared with other websites.
Your choices
Because these cookies are strictly necessary, the service can't work without them; you can still delete them at any time in your browser's settings (you'll be signed out). Questions: [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
